We have built different multi-dimensional motivation schemes at the Group, business unit/function, and department levels, which consist of corporate culture, innovation and breakthrough, strategic practice, etc.
We set up a series of "Long Service Awards" for employees who have worked for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years in the Company, encouraging them to progress together with the Company.
We set up the Innovation Fund to motivate employees to constantly break new ground in daily work and practise the spirit of Constant Entrepreneurship.
